Information we collect
We collect business details submitted for public display and a private contact email used for submission confirmation, secure management links, renewal reminders, and payment notices. The private email is not displayed publicly unless the submitter separately provides a public email.
Payments
Paid placements use Stripe Checkout. BidRank does not store full card details. Stripe sends server-side payment confirmation used to activate a paid listing.
Abuse prevention and analytics
We store limited security logs and hashed network identifiers for rate limiting, duplicate protection, and fraud prevention. Basic aggregate events may include profile views and website, WhatsApp, or phone clicks.
Retention and requests
Submission and payment records are retained as needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations, prevent abuse, and resolve disputes. Contact the site operator to request correction or deletion where applicable.
Security
Management links are long and unpredictable. Anyone with the link may manage the corresponding listing, so it must be kept private.
